[CONVERSION OF ORGANIZATION OF COMPANY]
The shareholder of Wuerth Industry Korea Co., Ltd. (“Company”) has resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Company held on May 9, 2023 that the organization of Company be converted from a Chusik Hoesa into a Yuhan Hoesa. The creditors of Company who might have any objections to the conversion are hereby requested to file their objections with Company’s principal office by June 12, 2023 from the following date of this notification.
