당사는 2023. 3. 23.자 주주총회에서, 인적 분할의 방법으로 당사의 건설, 금속 및 목재 가공 업계 공예품 제조업체용 자재 및 툴, 자동차 및 화물 작업장용 화학제품 및 자재 거래 등을 목적으로 하는 사업부문(이하 “분할대상 사업부문”)을 분할하여 한국뷔르트 주식회사(현재 당사의 상호를 분할신설회사가 사용할 예정입니다) (이하 “분할신설회사”)를 설립하고, 당사는 기존의 상호를 뷔르트인더스트리코리아 주식회사로 변경하여 분할대상 사업부문을 제외한 나머지 사업부문을 계속 영위할 것을 내용으로 하는 분할계획서를 승인하였습니다.
이에 따라 분할대상 사업부문과 관련하여 당사가 보유하고 있던 고객 및 거래처 담당자 등의 개인정보는 분할기일인 2023년 4월 28일자로 분할신설회사로 이전될 계획입니다.
분할에 따른 분할신설회사로의 개인정보 이전에 대하여 이의가 있으신 경우 2023년 4월 27일까지 당사 본점에 이의를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[Notice of Spin-off and Transfer of Personal Information]
At the Company’s general meeting of shareholders held on March 23, 2023, the Company approved the split plan whereby certain business units for trading chemical and maintaining materials for auto and cargo workshops as well as materials and tools for craft companies operating in the construction, metal and wood processing industry and making new investments (the “Spin-Off Business”) are to be spun off and Wuerth Korea Co., Ltd. (our current trade name will be used by NewCo) will be incorporated as a NewCo (the “NewCo”) and the Company’s current name will be changed to Wuerth Industry Korea Co., Ltd. which will continue to conduct businesses other than the Spin-Off Business.
You are hereby notified that personal information of customers, suppliers and other transaction counterparties, among others, owned by the Company in respect of the Spin-Off Business to be spun-off will be transferred to NewCo, with effect from April 28, 2023, which is the proposed spin-off date.
If you have any objections concerning the proposed transfer of personal information, please file objections at the Company’s head office by no later than April 27, 2023.
